States, Canada and Puerto Rico only. Shipping times are quoted for the
Continental US only - allow additional time for shipments to Canada, Alaska
and Hawaii.

noted, are shipped on CD from Emmitsburg, MD.
- Manuals are provided in
"electronic" (on a CD or via download) form unless otherwise
noted.
- We will ship your order at our expense, normally within 2 business days from the date of your order. This is the Default
"Standard" Shipping Method unless you specify otherwise.
- STANDARD SHIPPING is FREE! Please allow up to 14 days from the date of your order to receive any item that is shipped via Standard Shipping,
however the "order to delivery" time is usually much shorter.

- Shipment times depend on your distance from Maryland.
We have estimated the maximum delivery times in #5 above.
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available for most products, however
you MUST choose the expedited shipping method when "checking out". (see

we do not meet the maximum stated delivery time for expedited shipping,
you may request a partial or full credit for shipping charges. EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO UNITED STATES ADDRESSES.
