OVERVIEW - Using the Registration form

When you use our online registration form, we add your email address to a special email list that WE use solely to communicate with licensed/registered users of a specific product(s). This is not a "spam" list, but rather one that significantly increases the likelihood that you will receive important information from us related to updates (many of which are free) "known" issues that we identify from time to time, and upgrades that are available to registered users at a reduced cost. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE EASY-SCOUT PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION FORM

Be sure to complete all of the information requested to avoid an unnecessary delay in the issuance of your Serial Number or Registration Key if you request one.  If the Easy-Scout Professional program you wish to register was purchased by a school with a Purchase Order or from one of our distributors, be sure to include the name of the purchaser on the form..

Be careful when entering your email address, as it will be used to return your serial number(s) and to inform you about updates, upgrades and other information related to Easy-Scout Professional. 

You will need to validate your email address by clicking a link in an email that is returned to you automatically after you click the Submit button. This enables us to validate your email address and reduces the amount of spam we receive when we post a form like this on our web site. It does, however limit the use of this form to one time.

FIRST TIME REGISTRATIONS

You may use the form at the bottom of this screen ONE TIME to Register, and if necessary request a Serial Number for Easy-Scout Professional.  This adds your information to our records and will ensure that you will receive notifications if we release an important update or upgrade for your software.

Upon successfully submitting this information and validating your email address, you will receive an automatic confirmation email that will contain a "Ticket Number".  The Ticket Number is NOT your Serial Number, Registration Number, Registration Key, etc. Rather it is a reference number that we use to track our communication with you related to your request.

We strive to respond promptly to all online requests for serial numbers and Registration Keys. Same-day response is typical for online registration forms submitted  between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. EST Monday through Friday In addition, we usually respond within 12 hours for requests made between 5 P.M. EST and 8 A.M. EST and on Saturdays and Sundays.  

If you do not receive a response from us within these time frames, please be sure that your email provider, email configuration, or school spam filter is not blocking or deleting our response. If you use a School email address, be sure to notify your IT Staff to permit email from all email addresses at the compusports.com and coachsoft.com "domains" and you will be able to communicate with us freely, quickly and effectively.

If you use a "non-school" email account, be sure to add our email addresses to your "whitelist", or list of approved senders. Always check your Junk Mail folder and settings before resubmitting a request or contacting us by telephone.
