Question: What Technical Support
do you provide ?
Answer: CompuSports offers
application support for the Easy-Scout,
Easy-Scout Professional, Easy-Cut,
Easy-Recruiter and Athletic Equipment Manager
software products.
CompuSports provides installation support for all of the products
on this web site. This means we will assist you in installing the software on your computer from the CD or
Digital Download that we provide. Once
the software is installed, the publisher of the
software provides "application support". All of the publishers that we represent agree to provide application-specific support for our mutual customers, and if we get complaints, we intervene. We have, in a few cases, discontinued a product because the publisher did not offer support that met the expectations of our customers. Be sure to review your program documentation for publisher web sites and in some cases a telephone support phone number. In some cases, you will need to register with the publisher to receive a password to access a support site. If you purchased your software from CompuSports, either
through one of our web sites or through an offline method, the publisher will have a record of the purchase but may not have any contact information for the user. This is often the case when a School or Booster club purchases software on behalf of the Coach/End User. For this reason, it is always a good idea to register your software directly with its publisher. This ensures you will have access to updates, upgrades and technical support.

is the best way to have my questions answered ?
Answer: Assuming that you have read the user manual,
watched the video tutorials and used any online
resources the publisher makes available,
1) Use our Live Help "chat" feature
if we are online. Live Help enables you to receive
instant help without having to use the telephone,
and if a support person is unavailable, the Live
Help system enables you to forward an email to our support team.
2) Send an email to
either the publisher's support department or use our
Contact/Feedback
form to forward your question to us.
3) Call the publisher for Telephone Support
if available - check the software or the user manual.
CompuSports provides Telephone Support for Easy-Scout, Easy-Cut, Easy-Recruiter and Athletic Equipment Manager weekdays from 9AM to 5 PM EST. When a call is not answered immediately, "call back" support is provided. Calls received prior to 1 PM EST are usually returned the business same day.
