ATHLETIC RECRUITING SOFTWARE QUESTIONS

Question:  What are the differences between the original Easy-Recruiter and the Easy-Recruiter Version 5 Personal and Workgroup Editions of Easy-Recruiter?

Answer:  Easy-Recruiter Version 5 is a new version that has a new "look and feel", additional features such as Desktop Notes, a more detailed contact log, and the ability to attach pictures, documents and video to a recruit's contact information.  

The Multi-User or Workgroup Edition of Easy-Recruiter Version 5 has a number of new capabilities that are important for coaches  who need to share information with other coaches over a network, synchronize information between desktop and laptop computers, and link documents, video and pictures to recruits. 

Question:  Is there a discount for purchasing multiple copies of Easy-Recruiter for use by different coaches at a school?

Answer: Yes.

We offer reduced rate additional user licenses to members of a staff that want to share data with our Version 5 Workgroup edition. These are usually coaches of the same sport.

We also have a "campus discount" that provides reduced rate additional licenses to any staff member at an Institution that has purchased at least one Easy-Recruiter Version 5 Personal or Workgroup license. This could be another coach in the same sport or coaches of other sports - as long as they are from the same school.
