The Purchasing and Receiving module is included in the Advanced Edition. Its functionality includes the ability to store and track information for Vendors, Purchase Orders and Receiving transactions. 

When items are ordered and received, the Master Inventory quantities are updated automatically. 

It is possible to use individual components of the Purchasing and Receiving module. For example, when necessary or desirable, inventory quantities can be adjusted quickly using the Inventory Adjustment screens.
